Employment + Volunteer Opportunities
We would not be the organization we are today without the help of amazing volunteers and staff! Volunteer opportunities are for those 13 years and older, both in and out of the water. Employment opportunities are reserved for those 21 years and older.
For Community Partners
Advocating and educating others about the value of adaptive sports and inclusive opportunities is our passion! We create a personalized experience that best fits your organization's needs through a collaborative approach. If you'd like All-Inclusive Aquatics to be on a panel or present to your organization we would love to be a part of it.
To provide a meaningful experience catered to an organization, we provide adaptive swim clinics to those in the Omaha metro. Some of our in-water opportunities have been with the Down syndrome Alliance of the Midlands Little Ones group, Autism Action Partnership's Prosper Academy Transition Program, and a middle school Alternate Curriculum Program class' field trip.
If you'd like All-Inclusive Aquatics to present to your organization or be on a speaking panel, this is right up our alley!
Our team brings decades of experience in adaptive sports and inclusive advocacy efforts, while carrying a multitude of certifications including:
1. Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy,
2. Masters of Adaptive Physical Education,
3. Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist,
4. Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute Certified,
and
5. Basic Lifesaving for Healthcare Professionals
For Graduate Students:
We are an established Fieldwork and Capstone site for five Occupational Therapy programs. During rotations, OT students can expect hands-on experience. Opportunities include evaluating and providing treatment interventions during Aquatic Occupational Therapy sessions and assisting with Adaptive Swim lessons.
Support our Programs
As we grow, so do our needs.We support dozens of swimmers with our scholarship programs each year. We also have a wide range of participants in our aquatic therapy programs. To best serve our families, we are always welcoming donations.
