Ms. Megan

Founder,

Adaptive Swim Instructor

Ms. Megan has experience working with typically developing kids as well as those with intellectual and/or developmental differences for over 10 years. She is patient with those that are apprehensive of the water and enjoys watching children learn that anything is possible when you have the right support.

In 2022 she graduated as an Occupational Therapist and began her journey as an Aquatic Therapist. Most recently, she underwent training to become an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and received a Microcredential in Autism through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.

Ms. Megan is passionate about helping others find the joy in swimming and overcoming fears!

Ms. Rylee

Adaptive

Swim Instructor

Ms. Rylee began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics in December of 2023. In January of 2024, she joined the team as an Adaptive Swim  Instructor! She has over five years of experience teaching swim lessons and a Bachelors of Science degree from UNO.

Ms. Rylee is currently in school for her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at UNMC and has an interest in working with pediatrics!

She has swam competitively for more than 12 years, which sparked her love for teaching swim lessons. Ms. Rylee also has experience working at the Munroe Meyer Institute for the last two years.

Ms. Rylee loves being an Adaptive Swim Instructor and seeing kids’ confidence grow in the water!

Ms. Bethany

Swim Instructor

Ms. Bethany graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Fitness Studies and Psychology. She is currently an Occupational Therapy student at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Ms. Bethany was introduced to All-Inclusive Aquatics in the Summer of 2025 when she completed a fieldwork rotation to learn about aquatic therapy.

Ms. Bethany is originally from Omaha and grew up swimming competitively on swim teams; which sparked her passion for fitness and helping others develop confidence through movement. She enjoys combining her background in health, psychology, and fitness to support individuals of all abilities on their wellness journeys.

Ms. Bethany is excited to continue growing as an Occupational Therapy Student while making a positive impact in the community as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!

Ms. Sam

Swim Instructor

Ms. Sam has always had a love for the water and taking care of children, which led her to teaching swim lessons. With 10 years of experience, she has an extensive background working with typically developing children and those with intellectual and/or developmental differences. She loves to work with kids of all ages while helping them feel safe and confident.

Ms. Sam is also known for her patience, energetic spirit, and overall love for butterflies and Stitch. Fun fact-she has a passion for art and graduated with a degree in Studio Arts from the University of Nebraska of Omaha in 2021.

While Ms. Sam's love for art continues, so does her love for teaching and being in the water. She loves being an Adaptive Swim Instructor, watching kids grow throughout their swim lesson journey, and is so excited to work with the All-Inclusive Aquatics team!

Ms. Kerrie

Adaptive

Swim Instructor

Ms. Kerrie is from the West Coast, where she most recently worked as a Waterfront Director in Oregon. With over 8 years of experience working with children, she discovered a passion for teaching kids with cognitive and developmental differences and has been dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive environments ever since.

Her love for the water and working with children led her to become an Adaptive Swim Instructor, where she’s thrilled to combine both of her passions. Ms. Kerrie is known for her calm presence, encouraging attitude, and dedication to helping each child feel confident and capable in the water.

In her free time, Ms. Kerrie enjoys embroidery and spending time outdoors. She’s excited to be part of the All-Inclusive Aquatics team and can’t wait to support her swimmers on their journey!

Ms. Lilli

Adaptive

Swim Instructor

Ms. Lilli was first introduced to All-Inclusive Aquatics at Creighton University where she is currently a first-year Occupational Therapy Student. Her love for swimming and passion for inclusive play led her to join the team as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!

Ms. Lilli is originally from Kansas City and grew up swimming competitively. She cares deeply about making sure all kids get the opportunity to have fun at the pool! Ms. Lilli worked as a summer camp counselor for children with intellectual and developmental differences for 2 years where she helped them feel safe while trying new things such as swimming and zip lining. She loves helping kids boost their confidence and feel proud of everything they do!

Ms. Lilli is so happy to be a part of All-Inclusive Aquatics and is dedicated to making swim lessons safe and fun!  

Mr. Jason

Adaptive Swim Instructor

(Spring + Summer Sessions Only)

Mr. Jason has been with All-Inclusive Aquatics since May of 2024. He is a Special Education Teacher for Westside Community Schools. He has his undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska Omaha in Secondary Education with endorsements in special education and physical education. He also received a Masters degree from Minnesota State Mankato in Developmental Adaptive Physical Education.

Mr. Jason taught swim lessons (able-bodied and adapted) for 8 years throughout high school and college. He has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 4 years. They have a 3 year old boy, Tate, 5 month old girl, Tenley, and 7 year old dog, Rue.

Mr. Jason loves helping people learn to swim and is excited to be a part of the All-Inclusive Aquatics team!

Ms. Amanda

Substitute Adaptive Swim Instructor

Ms. Amanda recently graduated from UNMC with her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree in May 2025. As a former competitive swimmer, she loves to be surrounded by the water.

She began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics in January of 2023 and started her journey as an Adaptive Swim Instructor with in April of 2023. Ms. Amanda has a background of teaching group swim lessons for 5 years and an additional 2 years of experience working at camps for children with varying abilities.

Ms. Amanda loves combining her passion for encouraging others with her love for swimming!

Ms. Sarah

Substitute Adaptive Swim Instructor

Ms. Sarah joined All-Inclusive Aquatics in August of 2024 after  graduating from Saint Louis University with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree in June 2024! She is originally from Omaha and grew up swimming competitively which led to a love of teaching swim lessons to individuals of all abilities since high school.

Ms. Sarah worked at the Munroe Meyer Institute for two summers and loved helping the campers. Most recently, she has accepted positions at the Children's Hospital and Madonna Rehabilitation as a PRN Occupational Therapist.

Ms. Sarah is enthusiastic to teach others how to swim with All-Inclusive Aquatics!
