Meet the All-Inclusive Aquatics Swim Instructor Team
Where the Passion Begins

Megan Didulo, OTR/L, ATRIC, ASDCS
Founder, Swim Instructor, Aquatic Occupational Therapist, Autism Spectrum Disorder
Clinical Specialist
Ms. Megan has experience working with typically developing kids as well as those with intellectual and/or developmental differences for over 10 years. She is patient with those that are apprehensive of the water and enjoys watching children overcome their challenges.

In 2022 she graduated as an Occupational Therapist and began her journey as an Aquatic Therapist. Most recently, she underwent training to become an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and received a Microcredential in Autism through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.
Ms. Megan is passionate about helping others find the joy in swimming and overcoming fears!

Amanda Malashock
Swim Instructor
Ms. Amanda is currently in school at UNMC for her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, with an anticipated graduation date in the Summer of 2025. As a former competitive swimmer, she loves to be surrounded by the water.
She began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics in January of 2023 and started her journey as an Instructor with us in April of 2023. Ms. Amanda has a background of teaching group swim lessons for 5 years and an additional 2 years of experience working at camps for children with varying abilities.
Ms. Amanda loves combining her passion for encouraging others with her love for swimming!

Rylee Trojan
Swim Instructor
Ms. Rylee began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics in December of 2023. In January of 2024, she joined the team as an Instructor! She has 4 years of experience teaching swim lessons. She is currently finishing her undergraduate degree at UNO, majoring in kinesiology. In the Fall of 2025, Ms. Rylee will be starting Occupational Therapy school at UNMC where she was recently accepted.
She has swam competitively for more than 12 years, which sparked her love for teaching swim lessons. Ms. Rylee also has experience working at the Munroe Meyer Institute for the last two years.

Ms. Rylee loves being an Adaptive Swim Instructor and seeing kids’ confidence grow in the water!

Allyson Deahl
Swim Instructor
Ms. Allyson has always loved the water. She swam competitively for 13 years. She taught both group and private swim lessons for 6 years along with 2 years of swim team coaching.
Ms. Allyson was a Special Education Paraprofessional for the Papillion La Vista School District for 9 years and is currently an ACP Paraprofessional for Omaha Public Schools. She enjoys helping students with their goals and daily life skills.
In her free time Ms. Allyson enjoys spending time with her 2 kids. She is excited about combining her love of swimming and helping others as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!

Savannah Ray
Swim Instructor
Ms. Savannah grew up in Augusta, Georgia where she swam competitively for her high school. She is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia where she completed a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Disability Studies, and is currently a Behavior Support Professional at a local day service here in Omaha.

Ms. Savannah is passionate about promoting independence and opportunity for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual differences. She has been a summer camp counselor for all abilities, providing support and rehabilitation in and out of the water.

Ms. Savannah is excited to celebrate every accomplishment with you at All-Inclusive Aquatics!

Jason Sanderson
Swim Instructor
Mr. Jason has been with All-Inclusive Aquatics since May of 2024. He is a Special Education Teacher for Westside Community Schools. He has his undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska Omaha in Secondary Education with endorsements in special education and physical education. He also received a Masters degree from Minnesota State Mankato in Developmental Adaptive Physical Education.
Mr. Jason taught swim lessons (able-bodied and adapted) for 8 years throughout high school and college. He has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 4 years. They have a 3 year old boy, Tate, 5 month old girl, Tenley, and our 7 year old dog, Rue.
Mr. Jason loves helping people learn to swim and is excited to be a part of the All-Inclusive Aquatics team!

Sarah Gosch
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Sarah joined All-Inclusive Aquatics in August of 2024.​She recently graduated from Saint Louis University with a Master of Occupational Therapy in June 2024!

Ms. Sarah is originally from Omaha and grew up swimming competitively which led to a love of teaching swim lessons to individuals of all abilities since high school. She has been working at the Munroe Meyer Institute for the last 2 summers. Most recently, she has accepted positions at the Children's Hospital and Bergan Mercy as a PRN Occupational Therapist.​
Ms. Sarah is enthusiastic to teach others how to swim with All-Inclusive Aquatics!

McKenna Hornacek
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. McKenna began with All-Inclusive Aquatics LLC in January 2023. She is enrolled at UNO on the pre-med track, while majoring in Neuroscience.
Ms. McKenna is passionate about helping others become independent, having spent many hours volunteering at the Monroe Meyer Institute and recently having accepted a position within the Recreational Therapy Department. She also has a brother with a developmental disability.

Ms. McKenna loves making connections with each of her kids while helping them thrive in the aquatic setting!

Jadyn Cattau
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Jadyn started with All-Inclusive Aquatics LLC in the Spring of 2023, and she is excited to meet you! She has always been surrounded by the water, with 7 years of swim instruction experience.
Ms. Jadyn's involvement with Camp Munroe has grown her passion for working with children of all abilities, and has helped her develop an individualized approach to teaching aquatic skills. She is currently finishing her last semester in Creighton’s Doctorate of Occupational Therapy program.
Ms. Jadyn’s favorite part about being a swim instructor is seeing the joy of each of her swimmers as they progress and reach their own milestones!

Dani Adams
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Dani completed her Capstone Experience with All-Inclusive Aquatics during the Summer of 2024 when she analyzed the social-emotional and sensory benefits of the water.
Ms. Dani loved seeing the enthusiasm of each kid during their lessons. She then became an instructor upon graduating from UNMC with her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in August of 2024.
Ms. Dani's favorite part of teaching kids how to swim is watching the swimmer's confidence grow as they learn new skills!
