Where the Passion Begins
Megan Didulo, OTR/L, ATRIC, ASDCS
Founder, Swim Instructor, Aquatic Occupational Therapist, Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist
Ms. Megan is the founder of All-Inclusive Aquatics LLC. Her journey in the water began teaching swim lessons as an aide for Omaha Public Schools at the age of 16. Since then, she has accumulated over 9 years of experience with teaching swim lessons while being certified as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard.

As an aquatic instructor, Ms. Megan has experience working with typically developing kids as well as those with special needs. With a certification as an Adaptive Swim Instructor through Swim Angelfish and the Starfish Aquatics Institute, she is incredibly patient with those that are apprehensive of the water and enjoys watching children overcome their challenges.

Her aquatic therapy experience began with a week long internship in New York at Aquabilities with Jennifer the summer of 2021. In 2022 she graduated as an Occupational Therapist and became certified through the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute. Most recently, she underwent training to become an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
Amanda Malashock
Swim Instructor
Ms. Amanda is currently in school at UNMC for her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree. As a former competitive swimmer, she loves to be surrounded by the water.
She began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics LLC during the Winter session of 2022. Ms. Amanda has a background of teaching group swim lessons for 5 years and an additional 2 years of experience working at camps for children with special needs.
Ms. Amanda is a Red Cross Lifeguard and Adaptive Swim Instructor through Swim Angelfish. She is currently completing training through the Starfish Aquatics Institute as well.
Rylee Trojan
Swim Instructor
Ms. Rylee joined All-Inclusive Aquatics during the Winter session of 2024. She has 4 years of experience teaching swim lessons. She is currently enrolled at UNO and majoring in kinesiology. Ms. Rylee is planning to attend Occupational Therapy school after completing her undergrad.

She has swam competitively for more than 12 years, which sparked her love for teaching swim lessons. Ms. Rylee also has experience working at the Munroe Meyer Institute for the last two years.

Ms. Rylee loves being an Adaptive Swim Instructor and seeing kids’ confidence grow in the water!
Max Dumas
Swim Instructor
Mr. Max has taught swimming lessons in his hometown of Grafton, ND for three years. He is currently studying Exercise Science at Creighton University, with the goal of becoming a Chiropractor. In addition to his studies, he work as a Direct Support Professional where he assists adults with completing activities of daily living to strengthen their independence.
Mr. Max's role as an Adaptive Swim Instructor excites him because it allows him to combine his passion for helping others with his interest in health and wellness!
Riley Suda
Swim Instructor
Mr. Riley has three years of experience teaching swim lessons. During this time, he discovered his passion for helping individuals gain confidence and develop essential skills in the water. In addition to his aquatic experience, he has worked as a Direct Support Professional, providing compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
He is currently enrolled at Creighton University, majoring in Exercise Science, and plans to attend dental school after completing his undergraduate degree. Mr. Riley is dedicated to making a positive impact in both his aquatic work and future career, and enjoys helping others overcome challenges to achieve their goals!
Ally Deahl
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Ally has always loved the water. She swam competitively for 13 years. She taught both group and private swim lessons for 6 years plus 2 years of swim team coaching.
Ms. Ally was a Special Education Paraprofessional for the Papillion La Vista School District for 9 years and is currently an ACP Paraprofessional for Omaha Public Schools. She enjoys helping students with their goals and daily life skills.
In her free time Ms Ally enjoys spending time with her 2 kids. She is excited about combing her love of swimming and helping others as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!
Alanna Becker
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Alanna joined All-Inclusive Aquatics in the Spring of 2024. She has swam competitively for 12 years, including most recently at UNO. To best work with your swimmer, she is completing training for Adaptive Swim Instructors.

Ms. Alanna is currently on track to graduate in May with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and will start Occupational Therapy school at Creighton in the fall.
​
Ms. Alanna has taught group swim lessons with Omaha Public Schools and loves to share her love of swimming with others. She is very excited to swim with you!
Cristina "Tina" McNamara
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Cristina, or Ms. Tina for short! She will graduate from the College of Saint Mary’s with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in May of 2024! Ms. Cristina completed her undergrad at the University of Kansas majoring in Applied Behavioral Science working in Early Autism Intervention.

She has always had a love for water & her passion for competitive swimming started at 5 years old. Ms. Cristina has been on a swim team her whole life and even coached high school boys and girls swim teams.
​
She got her footing in All-Inclusive Aquatics while completing her Doctoral Capstone with a focus in aquatic safety for children with Autism! Ms. Cristina says, "I can’t wait to continue working with children in the water and sharing my love for swimming!”
Jason Sanderson
Substitute Swim Instructor
Mr. Jason is a Special Education Teacher for Westside Community Schools. He has his undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska Omaha in Secondary Education with endorsements in special education and physical education. He also received a Masters degree from Minnesota State Mankato in Developmental Adaptive Physical Education.
Mr. Jason taught swim lessons (able-bodied and adapted) for 8 years throughout high school and college. He has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 4 years. We have a 3 year old boy, Tate, 5 month old girl, Tenley, and our 7 year old dog, Rue. He loves helping people learn to swim and is excited to join the All-Inclusive Aquatics team!
Sarah Gosch
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. Sarah recently graduated from Saint Louis University with a Master of Occupational Therapy in June 2024! She attended Saint Louis University for her undergrad as well, receiving a degree in Occupational Science.

Ms. Sarah is originally from Omaha and grew up swimming competitively which led to a love of teaching swim lessons to individuals of all abilities since high school. She has also been working at the Munroe Meyer Institute for the last 2 summers.

Ms. Sarah is very excited to share her passion for teaching swimming with All-Inclusive Aquatics!
McKenna Hornacek
Substitute Swim Instructor
Ms. McKenna began with All-Inclusive Aquatics LLC in January 2023. She is a Red Cross Lifeguard, currently completing certification to become a SwimAngelfish and Starfish Aquatics Institute Adaptive Swim Instructor.
She is enrolled at UNO on the pre-med track, while majoring in Neuroscience. With experience volunteering at the Monroe Meyer Institute working with children in the pool, Ms. McKenna also has a brother with a developmental disability.

She is very eager to begin and looks forward to making connections with each of her kids while helping them thrive in the aquatic setting!
