Ms. Megan (Didulo)

Adaptive Swim Instructor
Ms. Megan has experience working with kids of all abilities for over 10 years. Her love for inclusion stems from her childhood when she had neighbors with Autism, Down syndrome, and other genetic syndromes. She spent her teenage years working as a Swim Instructor, Alternate Curriculum Para, and Direct Support Professional. Ms. Megan now has a 9 year old nephew who is on the Autism Spectrum that continues to inspire her to advocate for the inclusion of all abilities.
In 2022 she graduated as an Occupational Therapist and began her journey as an Aquatic Therapist after having completed research on the benefits of adaptive physical activities. Since graduating, she has become an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, received a Microcredential in Autism through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy, and completed training to become an Aquatic Therapy Rehabilitation Institute Certified individual. Most recently, she has begun training to become DIR/Floortime® Certified.
Ms. Megan is passionate about creating individualized approaches that incorporates each person's strengths while providing neurodiversity affirming practices to support their growth in the water!

Mr. Jason
Adaptive
Swim Instructor
Mr. Jason has been with All-Inclusive Aquatics since May of 2024. He is a Special Education Teacher for Westside Community Schools. He has his undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska Omaha in Secondary Education with endorsements in special education and physical education. He also received a Masters degree from Minnesota State Mankato in Developmental Adaptive Physical Education.
Mr. Jason taught swim lessons (able-bodied and adapted) for 8 years throughout high school and college. He has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 4 years. They have a 3 year old boy, Tate, 5 month old girl, Tenley, and 7 year old dog, Rue.
Mr. Jason loves helping people learn to swim and is excited to be a part of the All-Inclusive Aquatics team!

Ms. Bethany
Adaptive
Swim Instructor
Ms. Bethany graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Fitness Studies and Psychology. She is currently an occupational therapy student at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Ms. Bethany was introduced to All-Inclusive Aquatics in the Summer of 2025 when she completed a fieldwork rotation to learn about aquatic therapy.
Ms. Bethany is originally from Omaha and grew up swimming competitively on swim teams; which sparked her passion for fitness and helping others develop confidence through movement. She enjoys combining her background in health, psychology, and fitness to support individuals of all abilities on their wellness journeys.
In OT school, she has learned about sensory processing and how individuals experience and respond to different environments. This has allowed her to better support each swimmer by considering their unique sensory needs and adjusting the environment or instruction style to help them feel more comfortable and successful. Ms. Bethany is excited to continue growing as an Occupational Therapy Student while making a positive impact in the community as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!

Ms. Allyson

Swim Instructor
Ms. Allyson has always loved the water. She swam competitively for 13 years. She taught both group and private swim lessons for 6 years along with 2 years of swim team coaching.
Ms. Allyson was a Special Education Paraprofessional for the Papillion La Vista School District for 9 years and is currently an ACP Paraprofessional for Omaha Public Schools. She enjoys helping students with their goals and daily life skills. With over a decade of experience adapting her teaching style to the unique needs of individuals, Ms. Allyson is passionate about creating a relationship with each swimmer to help them learn while having fun!
In her free time Ms. Allyson enjoys spending time with her 2 kids. Ms. Allyson originally joined the All-Inclusive Aquatics team in January 2025. After taking a step away from the pool to better support her loved ones, she is excited to return and combine her love of swimming and helping others as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!

Ms. Lilli

Ms. Lilli was first introduced to All-Inclusive Aquatics at Creighton University where she is currently a first-year occupational therapy student. Her love for swimming and passion for inclusive play led her to join the team as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!
Ms. Lilli is originally from Kansas City and grew up swimming competitively. She cares deeply about making sure all kids get the opportunity to have fun at the pool! Ms. Lilli worked as a summer camp counselor for children with intellectual and developmental differences for 2 years where she helped them feel safe while trying new things such as swimming and zip lining.
Ms. Lilli recognizes that swimming requires moving parts both mentally and physically. She has done a wonderful job breaking down swim skills into small steps that are easy to remember, and we've seen so much success with her swimmers! Her favorite part of being an Adaptive Swim Instructor is looking at a swimmer as a whole person, with unique interests and needs, not simply a diagnosis!

Ms. Megan

Ms. Megan is super excited to be on the All-Inclusive Aquatics team as an Adaptive Swim Instructor! She is currently a first-year occupational therapy student at Creighton University and is originally from the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This is where Ms. Megan developed her love and passion for the water, swimming competitively since she was six years old and continuing while at St. Norbert College.
She has always been an advocate for inclusion and loves to help others achieve their goals in and out of the pool. She has experience as a swim coach, inclusion companion for district park summer camps, and most recently as a Rehabilitation Technician! Since beginning OT school, Ms. Megan has learned how to asses a swimmer’s abilities, preferences, and interests! She loves to create the just right challenge for swimmers as they work towards their goals and gain confidence in the pool!
Ms. Megan loves to make a positive impact on swimmers’ journeys as she helps them gain confidence in the pool. One of her favorite parts of being an Adaptive Swim Instructor is creating a safe, uplifting environment where each swimmer’s unique goals and interests are incorporated into their swim lessons!

Ms. Grace
Adaptive
Swim Instructor
Ms. Grace is excited to be a part of the team as an Adaptive Swim Instructor. She is currently a student at Doane University, where she is studying Exercise Science with an emphasis in Occupational Therapy. She will graduate in the Spring of 2027 and plans to begin Occupational Therapy school that fall.
Ms. Grace has several years of aquatic experience, including three summers as a lifeguard at Papio Bay Aquatic Center and three years of teaching swim lessons. These experiences helped her develop strong communication skills, confidence in water safety, and a passion for creating encouraging and supportive environments. While in high school, she also shadowed at Pediatric Therapy Center, which deepened her love for helping others and working with children of all abilities.
Ms. Grace enjoys getting to know each swimmer and adapting lessons to meet their individual needs and goals. She looks forward to helping swimmers build confidence, develop skills, and feel successful at their own pace. Ms. Grace is excited to continue making a meaningful impact as an Adaptive Swim Instructor!

Ms. Rylee

Ms. Rylee began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics in December of 2023. In January of 2024, she joined the team as an Adaptive Swim Instructor! She has over five years of experience teaching swim lessons and a Bachelors of Science degree from UNO.
Ms. Rylee is currently in school for her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and looks forward to a career working in pediatrics! Since starting OT school Ms. Rylee has learned to be more intentional, read someone's cues and adjust her approach to help them feel confident. She has swum competitively for more than 12 years, which sparked her love for teaching swim lessons. Ms. Rylee also has experience working at the Munroe Meyer Institute for the last two years.
While with All-Inclusive Aquatics, she has supported countless swimmers by creating a trusting relationship to support the growth of each individual. Ms. Rylee loves being an Adaptive Swim Instructor and seeing how independence creates confidence!With Ms. Rylee’s summer schedule being the most rigorous she has had yet she will be taking a break from lessons in June and July, but she will be back!

Ms. Amanda
Substitute Adaptive Swim Instructor
Ms. Amanda graduated from UNMC with her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree in May 2025. As a former competitive swimmer, she loves to be surrounded by the water.
She began volunteering with All-Inclusive Aquatics in January of 2023 and started her journey as an Adaptive Swim Instructor with in April of 2023. Ms. Amanda has a background of teaching group swim lessons for 5 years and an additional 2 years of experience working at camps for children with varying abilities.
Ms. Amanda is currently completing a fellowship with the Munroe Meyer Institute's pediatric occupational therapy program. While she further dedicates herself to supporting others with individualized, meaningful approaches she is taking a break from weekly swim lessons and transitioned to a sub instructor. Ms. Amanda loves combining her passion for encouraging others with her love for swimming!

Ms. Cheyney

Swim Instructor
Ms. Cheyney is so excited to serve the community on the All-Inclusive Aquatics Team! She graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in May 2023. She is currently in her third and final year of the occupational therapy program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Ms. Cheyney was first introduced to All-Inclusive Aquatics after completing a fieldwork in Fall 2024.
Ms. Cheyney recently completed two 12-week fieldworks with one being in pediatrics and involving weekly aquatics. She also has experience leading aquatics in Masaya, Nicaragua for a summer for those of all abilities. She has volunteered at a summer camp for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and participated in various pediatric events such as GoBabyGo and J.P. Lord wheelchair cleanings.
Her experiences from school and having loved ones with intellectual/developmental disabilities have further confirmed her passion for working alongside and equipping youth to be confident and safe as well as encouraging them to continue to be their most amazing selves! Ms. Cheyney believes those of all abilities should have the opportunity to achieve their unique goals in a positive and welcoming environment. There is no better place to facilitate these skills than the water!
