College of Saint Mary Lied Fitness Center
This pool is 4-7 feet in depth and the temperature ranges from 80-81 degrees. During lessons, a swim coach is doing private lessons for high school and college swimmers, making this a good opportunity for modeling. This is also our coldest pool so if your swimmer has temperature regulation difficulties, it may not be the best option for them.

An indoor pool that starts at 3 ft deep. Equipped with a diving board, this is great for students that are working on skills in the deep end. We will be the only program running during open hours so it is also optimal for students that struggle with sensory input. When you arrive, please park in the East lot near the football field. There are also locker rooms at this location should you choose for your swimmer to shower before/after the lesson.
Mondays
Salvation Army Kroc Center
An indoor pool that goes from 3-7 ft deep at 82 degrees. There is a recreational pool available for swimmers and their families to utilize before/after lessons. The pool is equipped with a lazy river, volleyball net, and zero-depth entry splash pad heated to 84-85 degrees. As this is an option not available at our other locations, please note that there is an additional $5 fee per family, per week.
While our lessons are running, the pool is open to the public which leads to a lot of sensory stimulation, so if your swimmer struggles with sensory processing or loud noises, this may not be an optimal location for them. You do not need a membership for this location, but you will need to fill out an observation form for each adult 18 or older that will be in attendance. Please plan to show up to each lesson a few minutes early to check in with the front desk.
