Megan Didulo, OTR/L, ATRIC, ASDCS
Founder, Occupational Therapist, Autism Spectrum Disorder
Clinical Specialist
Ms. Megan is the Founder of All-Inclusive Aquatics.​ Her aquatic therapy experience began with a week long internship in New York at Aquabilities with Jennifer during the summer of 2021.
In 2022 she graduated as an Occupational Therapist and became certified through the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute. Most recently, she underwent training to become an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and has taken continuing education classes through the Aquatic Therapy University and Summit Professional Education.
Ms. Megan is looking forward to working with children in the pool to enhance their motor planning techniques, regulate their sensory systems, and improve their self-esteem in everyday activities!
Joel Warden, DPT

Physical Therapist
Mr. Joel graduated from Saint Louis University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Joel holds licenses to practice PT in both Iowa and Nebraska. Since his graduation he has found a love for pediatrics and worked in settings including: home health, outpatient, and behavioral centers.
He has worked with patients from birth to 21 with a variety of motor impairments and diagnoses. He has extensive experience with children on the Autism Spectrum and enjoys collaborating with other disciplines to ensure the best possible care. Mr. Joel’s favorite part of physical therapy is maximizing a child’s ability to explore their world in a fun, interactive way.
Kelly Koch MS-CCC, SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist
Ms. Kelly received her Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. She has worked with pediatrics for many years in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a wide range of communication needs.
Ms. Kelly is passionate in providing functional and play-based therapy, and always considering a person-centered approach to treatment.
