Bailey Svoboda
Speech-Language Pathologist
Ms. Bailey graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in speech-language pathology in 2020. She earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in 2021 and has worked in a wide variety of settings. She has primarily worked in schools served school-aged children, but also brings experience working with adults and the birth–5 population, as well as in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities.
Ms. Bailey has a special interest in language development, gestalt language processing, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and supporting executive functioning skills. She is passionate about creating engaging, functional therapy experiences and is excited to incorporate the unique benefits of aquatic therapy to support her clients’ communication and overall development!

Jaimie Monroe
Speech-Language Pathologist
Ms. Jaimie graduated from The University of Kansas with a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association with dual speech-language licensures from Nebraska and Iowa.
In addition to the above credentials, she also holds a certificate in high and low functioning autism. Ms. Jaimie’s clinical experiences include working with individuals of all ages and with a variety of speech and language impairments. She has worked in a wide range of pediatric settings, including clinical environment, home visits and home programs including a birth to 3 program, as a team member and within ABA teams, preschool, elementary and middle school settings. Some of her specialty training's include verbal behavior/VB MAPP, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Social Thinking and Kaufman Speech Apraxia.
Ms. Jaimie enjoys helping children of all ages improve their communication skills and believes an important part of intervention includes working with parents and caregivers.
